- 1 pound cooked pasta (mini bowties recommended)
- 1.5 pounds cooked chicken breast (diced)
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 3/4 cup golden raisins
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, diced chicken, broccoli florets, golden raisins, sliced almonds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, kosher salt, Italian seasoning and ground pepper until smooth.
- Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss gently until everything is coated evenly.
