Ingredients

- Popsicle sticks or bamboo apple sticks
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 6 tablespoons water

Instructions
- Insert popsicle sticks into the top of each apple and set aside.
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
