  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whipped topping or whipped heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cups crushed vanilla sandwich cookies
  • 34 tbsp cream cheese (for dough)
  • 1 cup pink cotton candy-flavored sugar
  • Optional: crushed freeze-dried strawberries and pink sprinkles for coating

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping or heavy cream.
  2. Scoop mixture into 1-inch balls and freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  3. Crush the cookies finely and mix with enough cream cheese to form a dough. Flatten a piece of dough in your palm, place a frozen cheesecake ball in the center, wrap it around, and roll into a smooth ball.
  4. Roll each ball in cotton candy sugar mixture until fully coated.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
