- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni (cooked and drained)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until no pink remains; drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, milk, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; mix until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked beef and onion until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to your crockpot; cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- Prepare elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain once cooked.
- After 3-4 hours in the crockpot, add the cooked macaroni; stir gently to combine.
- Cover again and cook for an additional 30 minutes on low before serving.
