- 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini

Instructions
- Cook the frozen cheese tortellini in salted boiling water for 5–7 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red apple vinegar, salt, oregano, Italian herbs, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper until smooth.
- Add drained pepperoncini peppers, grated parmesan cheese, chopped red onion, cooked tortellini, crumbled turkey bacon, and halved grape tomatoes to the dressing. Gently fold until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to let flavors meld.
