  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3 to 4 drops green gel food coloring
  • 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing mint Oreos and combining them with melted butter. Press firmly into a pie dish.
  2. For the filling, whisk together chilled heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, corn syrup, sea salt, vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and green food coloring in a mixing bowl. Fold in miniature chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and freeze for at least 4 hours until firm.
  4. To make the ganache topping, heat chopped semisweet chocolate and heavy cream until melted and smooth. Whisk in unsalted butter until glossy.
  5. Once frozen solid, pour warm ganache over the pie before serving.
