- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the beef into 1.5-inch pieces and whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place beef in a zip-top bag, add the marinade, seal, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Wash mushrooms and dry them thoroughly.
- After an hour, combine mushrooms with the marinating beef and let sit for another hour.
- Preheat your grill to high heat and prepare skewers by threading beef and mushrooms alternately.
- Grill kabobs for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare doneness.
