Ingredients
- 20 ounces cheese tortellini
- 1 cup diced chicken
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, well-drained
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- While the tortellini cooks, chop the green and red bell peppers and red onion into small pieces.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic powder, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled tortellini with diced chicken, drained pineapple tidbits, chopped peppers, and onion.
- Pour half of the dressing over the salad mixture and gently fold to coat evenly. Add more dressing as desired.
