  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Aleppo pepper
  • 2 containers (5.3 ounces each) yogurt or Skyr
  • Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 large garlic clove (grated)
  • 4 large eggs
  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Toasted bread for serving

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter with olive oil over medium-low heat. Stir in chili flakes and Aleppo pepper, cooking briefly to infuse flavors.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt with lemon juice, zest, grated garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Boil water in a pot. Add eggs gently and cook for exactly 6 1/2 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath to cool before peeling.
  4. On a plate, spread the garlic yogurt mixture, place halved eggs on top, drizzle with chili butter, and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately with toasted bread.
