  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Insert wooden skewers into each hot dog and set aside.
  2. Melt the mozzarella cheese in a microwave-safe bowl in 60-second increments until fully melted.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt; whisk until well mixed.
  4. Combine melted cheese with the egg and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about ⅛ to ¼ inch thick.
