Ingredients
- 16 oz bow tie noodles
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup diced red bell pepper
- 15 oz mandarin oranges (drained)
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/3 cup rice apple vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 TBS sesame oil
- 2 TBS honey
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp minced ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1/8 tsp black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the bow tie noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, rice apple vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and black pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with spinach, bell pepper, mandarin oranges, and almonds.
