  • 1/2 cup half and half (or milk)
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats (or quick cooking oats, or panko bread crumbs)
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
  • 1/2 sweet onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
