Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup half and half (or milk)
- 1 cup old fashioned oats (or quick cooking oats, or panko bread crumbs)
- 1 egg (lightly beaten)
- 1/2 sweet onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Kosher salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
