- 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a mini bundt cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix both cake mixes as per package instructions.
- Divide batter into two bowls: one with about 13-1/3 cups and the other with 13-1/4 cups.
- To the first bowl, add shredded coconut and coconut extract; mix well. In the second bowl, stir in the lime jello.
- Fill each well of the pan with 1/3 cup coconut batter followed by 1/4 cup lime batter.
