- 2 ½ tablespoon oil (for stir frying)
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons chicken stock (or water)
- ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- Peanuts for garnish
Instructions
