  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (melted)
  • 6 tablespoons pistachio butter
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 6-cavity muffin tin with paper muffin liners.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Pour about 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each muffin liner and spread it up the sides about one-third full. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of pistachio butter to each cup and smooth it out evenly. Return to the freezer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Top with an additional tablespoon of melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Freeze for another 10 to 20 minutes until set.
