  • 1 (15 oz) red velvet cake mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 oz cream cheese (very soft)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the red velvet cake mix, softened butter, and egg. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  3. Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan and sprinkle white chocolate chips over it.
  4. Whisk together the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Pour evenly over the chocolate layer.
  5. Roll remaining dough into small balls and space them over the top of the filling without fully covering it.
  6. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
