- 1 stick unsalted butter (8 TBS), room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 pound strawberries, rinsed, hulled, and sliced thinly
- 1 cup blueberries, rinsed and drained
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
