  • 2 cups whole grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (stems removed, chopped)
  • 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 6 metal or wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes if using.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cubed sirloin to the marinade and toss to coat; let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Thread marinated sirloin cubes onto skewers alternately with grape tomatoes and baby potatoes.
