  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Sweet chili sauce for glazing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl.
