Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 small shallot (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/4 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste or ketchup plus 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven/broiler to 450°F or air fryer to 350°F.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté olive oil, shallot, salt, and pepper until soft. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground beef with sautéed shallots and Worcestershire Ketchup until just combined.
  4. Divide meat into four portions, flatten each into a patty, add blue cheese in the center, then seal and shape into burgers.
  5. Broil on a pan for 8-10 minutes or air fry for the same time until cooked through.
  6. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, and extra Worcestershire Ketchup.
