- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp red apple vinegar

- 2 garlic cloves (minced)

- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, red apple vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cannellini beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, diced bell pepper, chopped parsley, sliced red onion, and chopped basil. Gently mix to incorporate.
